Karma Indian Cuisine | Philadelphia

On Sunday after the Philadelphia Museum of Art gathering, I wanted to grab dinner before I went home. I was thinking of walking down to Front Street to have Afghani cuisine. However, after walking four blocks, I stopped in front of a new restaurant on 2nd Street. It was an Indian restaurant, it looked good, and I was hungry.

I ordered goat and it was actually really good! I decided to be very adventurous and I'm glad I did. It tasted like lamb.

Karma was a bit on the expensive side, but it's a good restaurant for celebrations.

  1. Hi, Jessica Marie!

I keep saying that you could earn a living as a food critic. You get around to many exotic restaurants and aren't afraid to try something new and unusual.

When Mrs. Shady and I visited St. Croix, U.S. Virgin islands, she ordered goat soup. She liked the taste but didn't like the slimy texture. It looks like you had a wonderful Indian feast at Karma.

Enjoy the rest of your week, dear friend JM!

    1. Hi Shady,

Once I make it to Canada, I really want to find a job as a food critic and maybe someone who travels reviewing different places as well.

I could see Mrs. Shady's reaction. I really liked how Karma prepared it because it wasn't too slimy. However, if I order the curry next time, I might get that sliminess. But, I like snapper soup and I'm sure nothing can get more interesting than snapper soup. Haha.

Thank you, Shady! I hope you have a great weekend, dear friend!
