John J. Audubon Center of Mill Grove's Sapsucker Festival 2017

Yesterday I attended the JJAC's annual Sapsucker Festival. I had such an amazing time.

When I first arrived, I went on a bird tour. This was my first time participating in a bird walk and it was a lot of fun. I heard blue jays, crows, woodpeckers, and several other species. It was educational and I am glad I went.

The rest of the time, I just watched the different maple syrup activities and loved seeing the owls. I love Sam Adams and Odin!

There was just something so relaxing about spending time with the owls. I always feel relaxed at Mill Grove, though. I love birds.

  1. Hi, Jessica Marie!

I remember you visiting the John J. Audubon Center of Mill Grove other years and attending the annual Sapsucker Festival. The 2017 edition looks like it was great fun and I wish I could have been there to take in the sights, sounds and smells. It's nice that you got to see your old owl friends again. I hope you found them in good condition. That hot maple syrup makes my mouth water!

Enjoy the rest of your week, dear friend JM!
