Good News!

I just returned home from the doctor, I wanted to get my sore shoulder looked at to make sure it was nothing serious. Fortunately, it is not - just muscles I haven't used in a long time. He recommended stretching and walking or jogging before I ice or roller skate next time. My ice skating has also brought my cholesterol down 80 points! So, yes, I will be doing more ice skating because my health is not negotiable. I look forward to roller skating too. I just have to remember to stretch and I will start a regimen of stretching each day.

Tonight I am attending a free Led Zeppelin 2 concert at the TLA. It's a cover band and I can't wait to see what they sound like. Nothing beats free. :)

    That is great news! Skating works muscles we don't even think about and it is a good idea to warm up first.

    I'm sure that Led Zep tribute band will be fabulous. Take pics and vid clips if you can. Have fun and have a wonderful weekend, dear friend JM!

      Yes! I'm going to take a break for a few weeks and then go back at it. I also want to go roller skating. I think a week or two of rest will do wonders. I will continue to stretch, though.

      Led Zeppelin 2 was amazing! I made a blog post about it. :)

    Doctors have told me my heartache is also nothing to worry about - it is from my core more than from my heart - if it were actually from my heart, I'd have less feeling from my right arm. Or maybe it was my left... I don't remember which. One of them.
