A Scrapbook of Led Zeppelin 2

Last night the show was amazing! I arrived at the TLA early so I would be there for when the doors first opened because the ticket said it was first come, first served. The ticket agent said they handed out tickets at a few other concerts (5,000 tickets to be exact) and as soon as the venue filled, they would close the doors. I was one of the first there.

Made a new friend last night. He's a veteran and was pretty cool. I also became acquainted with his brother-in-law; it was nice to enjoy the show with others. Since I am 4'10, a few other short women stood next to me so they could get a better view too. It was rocking out with the women too.

Led Zeppelin 2 was amazing and they sounded just like the actual Led Zeppelin! It felt like I was in the 1970s and had my eyes on John Paul Jones (the Not John Paul Jones was pretty cute, I developed a crush on him, haha). I loved singing along and it brought back many good memories of art class in high school. I used to listen to Led Zeppelin, Mayhem, and a lot of other artists while drawing or working on art projects. It was just amazing.

Jack, the one on the left, added me to Facebook and uploaded this picture.

After the show, I had a chance to meet some of the guys. I did get a picture with Not John Paul Jones! Sadly, I didn't gush my heart out to him, but that might be a good thing. :D

Me with Not John Paul Jones. Meow. :D

Me with Not Jimmy Page.

I'd see them again! However, I just like seeing shows at the TLA. It's general admission, but I like how the venue does not force people to get involved in mosh pits. Being so short, I get claustrophobic in close groups like that. I went to one venue in Allentown once and when I tried to get out of the mosh pit, the guards were angry that I was trying to get out of the pit. They only let me out when they saw my panic attack. TLA isn't like that and I appreciate it.

  1. Hi, Jessica Marie!

My wish has come true. You posted pics and clips of last night's live show featuring Led Zeppelin 2 and I appreciate it! The band dresses the part, uses authentic body language and even sounds like Zeppelin. I enjoyed listening to the songs and wish I had been there. Lucky you for getting a photo op with the band members. It looks like you had a great time.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend, dear friend JM!

    1. Hi, Shady,

I took extra footage just for you! They were awesome and I couldn't believe how much they sounded like the actual Led Zeppelin! They even looked the part as well! I had a wonderful time!

I'm going to e-mail you either tonight or tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of your weekend, Shady!
