Sounds of Asbury Park Boardwalk

After my breakfast and photo shoot, I decided to look for Tillie. Tillie is a historical painting in Asbury Park that used to be part of an amusement park. The amusement park closed and was tore down in 2004, but after many petitions - the city decided to keep Tillie. Tillie. Looks like I saw the mural of Wonderbar.

However, when I was walking the boardwalk I heard many of the Top 40 songs playing. I like jamming when I walk; this was welcomed. When I was walking to the Silverball Arcade Museum, I stopped at this one radio station booth to join a raffle for Six Flags: Great Adventure. I loved hearing these following songs:

Of course, I loved looking around the boardwalk, watching everyone walking and riding bikes. Despite the morning humidity and afternoon heat, I loved taking a break on the boardwalk.

I'm also going to make a CD of Asbury Park songs for my photo album. These are the songs I will be including:

I wish I took video of this teenage band, No Phizz. They sounded great. :)

On the way back from Kari's birthday party, Ben played a 50 Cent mix CD. Jared rapped... I'll have to write about that at a later time.

Some of the songs I listened to during my trip. :)

  1. Thanks for the musical tour. I have never been to Asbury Park except to drive through it - an American institution.

    1. You're welcome! I love music and wherever I go, there is always music involved. :)

I think you would enjoy Asbury Park! I did and want to go back soon!
