A Call For Submissions

Hi everyone,

Today I signed onto my old school e-mail address (I sent an old co-worker an e-mail for a reference letter; my old boss and Darlene are the only ones who know my gmail account) and I saw this e-mail from my former poetry professor. I asked her if I could post this on Writing.com and my blog and she gave me the go ahead. If anyone is interested in writing or submitting artwork, my former university is raising money for the Ebola crisis. They're looking to make a chapbook and need submissions - proceeds from the chapbook will go to charity. Information is below.

Thanks,
Jessica

Subject: call for submissions: ebola fundraiser

Feeling helpless about the state of the world right now? Want to do a little something? Write or in some way creatively address the Ebola virus for a chapbook-fundraising venture. Any type of writing, visual, or internet-related production (as long as a live link is available) will be considered. Submit your work via email (with EBOLA in the subject line) to sulmer@wcupa.edu by midnight Sunday, Sept. 7. West Chester University students will help produce this chapbook. All proceeds from the sale of the chapbooks will go to Doctors Without Borders. Don't hesitate. Whip something up and send it. All entries welcome. Feel free to spread this call for entries!
