Summer Mix 2013- Track 2

I remember listening to this song in the background as a young kid with Daniel. However, I didn't truly get into this song until the Summer of 2002 when Anna put this song on a mixed CD. She lived 2 hours away in Tower City. Her dad worked with mom, so seeing each other was always fun because it was very sporadic. I listened to this song on blast the whole summer. This was the summer I was also given my first CD burner, so I could burn my own CDs. I burnt a lot of R.E.M., Nirvana and Pearl Jam. Though, my mood swings started at this time, it was the best summer for a young listener of music.

  1. If this song is of 2002, why does 2013's mix list it so high? Did you listen to it this whole summer? If so, then 没有共产党就没有新中国 [Without The Communist Party There Would Be No New China] is all over this one, for obvious reason.

    1. I should have called it just Summer Mix, but since I made posts in 2011, I didn't want to double name. I don't really listen to "new" music, so I'm going back.

    2. Could you not rename stuff?

I listen to new music with extreme caution, since most of it is indeed of very low quality.

    3. Being a former historian, I don't like going back changing things I wrote in the past if they don't need changing. :p

I find it to be mostly rap. I like some rap, but I don't like stupidity. Though, this one song is catchy. It's from last summer: it's called Go Hard (La. La. La)

    4. It seems to need renaming in this instance. Everything is in a constant state of flux.

It really depends. Stupidity draws hatred.

  2. This song by R.E.M. gets played quite a bit on Heart.
